Review: Burt's Bees Men's Bar Soap

While I enjoy using natural soaps, my man isn't wild about some of their scents. Some are quite feminine, so I can't blame him for wanting something a little more manly. Burt's Bees has a line for men, including a bar soap with citrus and fir scents.

Pros:
  • Light, citrusy scent
  • Packaged in biodegradable TerraSkin
  • Simple, effective soap
  • Won't dry out skin
  • Affordable
  • Available in retail stores
Cons:
  • Wears away fairly quickly if used daily
Summary:

Burt's Bees Men's Bar Soap is a manly-scented natural soap. The scent didn't linger, however, so women can use it as well. With regular use, I found it lasted about a month. At about $4 a bar, it is an affordable soap bar, especially considering wide retail availability. I love how gentle it is, rating a low 1 on EWG's Skin Deep database. If you want a manly-scented natural soap, I'd recommend this one.
