Review and Giveaway: Pacifica Perfume Roll-On and Solid Perfume

Many perfumes come in both solid and liquid forms, but few offer natural solid perfume without beeswax. One of those rare companies in Pacifica, who makes a great line of scents and related items without animal bi-products. I tested out both solid perfume and roll-on perfume to see how well they performed.

Pros:
  • Large selection of lovely scents (many unique blends)
  • Simple ingredients
  • Offer a solid perfume suitable for vegans (no beeswax)
  • Pretty and recyclable packaging
  • Matching bath and body products available
  • Affordable ($9-$12)
  • Sold locally in many health food stores, such as Whole Foods
Cons:
  • Scents faded after a few hours
Summary:
Pacifica makes a great line of many unique and delightful scents. I especially appreciate how they are vegan and use eco-firendly packaging. The scents will need to be reapplied after a few hours, though I did find that the liquid form seemed to last longer. Both forms were easy to apply. However, my liquid perfume roller ball fell off and went down the sink, but I'm guessing it was a rare flawed item. Overall, I really enjoyed the scents I tried. My favorite was the Tuscan Blood Orange, and I look forward to wearing it more often.

  1. Pacifica stuff smells really good but I can't figure out whether they use any synthetic scent ingredients or not. I emailed customer service once, and didn't get a reply :/ I just like to know this stuff! Do you have any information on this?

  2. Annie,
I've contacted Pacifica through multiple addresses trying to get a response since you asked your question, but have received no reply. I believe they use natural ingredients, but you may have to look elsewhere to be 100% sure.
