Review: EO Shower Gel

I've been testing quite a few shower gels lately, and I find I'm getting particular about what I like.  A product must smell great and create a nice foam on a loofah with a small amount of product.  Fortunately, EO's shower gel meets my requirements.  I tested the grapefruit and mint scent.

Pros:
  • Wonderful fragrances from essential oils
  • Comes in large bottles that will last a long time
  • Forms a nice lather, especially when used on a loofah
  • Comes in a range of scents
  • Offer bulk and travel sizes for select scents
  • Bottle is 100% recycled and recyclable
Cons:
  • Contains Vitamin A
Summary:
EO's shower gel performs well and fills your bathroom with a wonderful aroma. The scent will fade quickly from your skin (which I prefer, to avoid fragrance mixing with my perfume). It forms a nice lather and is packaged in an ecologically-sensitive manner.  I would love to see a version that removes the Vitamin A in the future to make the product safer.

UPDATE: The company has informed me that they have reformulated all of their products so they no longer contain vitamin A. Thanks to EO for listening to consumer feedback!
