Review and Giveaway: Herbs of Grace Vegan Kabuki Brush

I always love finding new vegan cosmetic companies. Whether they sell cosmetics or a variety of accessories, I have the assurance of knowing everything is vegan. I find that it takes a lot of stress out of shopping when I don't have to read every label. One of these fantastic vegan companies is Herbs of Grace, who sent me a variety of items for review. In particular, I really enjoyed testing their consciously-sourced accessories, such as this Vegan Kabuki Brush.

Pros:
  • Compact, comfortable handle
  • Convenient travel case keeps bristles protected
  • Soft, vegan bristles (no animals harmed)
  • Bristles stay in place
  • Hand-shaped
  • Wood is sustainably sourced
Cons:
  • Brush is a bit of an investment ($27.50)
Summary:
The Vegan Kabuki Brush is extremely soft and thick, which makes it an excellent choice for foundations and finishing powders. Although the price may seem high, with proper care, it is sure to last a long time.  I recommend regular cleaning to keep it in top condition. I love that it is vegan and it's clear that Herbs of Grace sells some of the most eco-friendly brushes they could find. If you use a lot of mineral makeup, I recommend investing in a good kabuki brush such as this one by Herbs of Grace.
