Review: Korres Quercetin and Oak Antiageing Eye Primer

If you find yourself spending 10 minutes on your face each morning before you even start applying makeup, it might be time to start using some multi-tasking products. Korres goes beyond the call of a typical eye shadow primer with their 3-in-1 formula. It boasts benefits such as correcting imperfections and smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. Does their Quercetin and Oak Antiageing Eye Primer deliver on these promises?

Pros:
  • Keeps shadow from creasing
  • Increases wear time of shadow
  • Also aids with correcting dark circles
  • Avoids some of the harsh chemicals
  • Multi-tasking product
Cons:
  • Fairly expensive ($21)
Summary:
This eye shadow primer performs well for its primary purpose. The formula is creamy enough to add some correction, but a concealer does the job better. As for anti-aging benefits, I can't really speak to them since my skin isn't there yet. The formula is gentle and rates a low 2 on the EWG Skin Deep database. However, it is not vegan, so I would love to see a vegan version. If you'd like an eye shadow primer that comes with a few added benefits yet is still gentle, this one is worth checking out.
