Review: The Body Deli Botanical Body Wash

I've always loved citrus and fruity scents in body washes. A popular twist on the usual orange blends is to use the Japanese grapefruit, yuzu. I've sampled quite a few Yuzu products, but one of my favorite by far is The Body Deli's Yuzu Twist Botanical Body Wash.

Pros:
  • Wonderful citrus fragrance
  • Nice gel consistency
  • Lathers well
  • Simple, mostly organic ingredients
  • Gentle formula
Cons:
  • A little more expensive than most body washes
Summary:
I absolutely love the scent of this body wash. It is very fresh-smelling, not artificial, as it is scented with essential oils. This wash is a little more expensive than many in health food stores, but they do offer a mini size as well so you can sample it first. This gentle cleanser rated a low 2 on EWG's Skin Deep scale. It lathers well and performs as well as any conventional wash. If you're looking for a wonderful new scent in your body wash, and appreciate organic ingredients, I recommend this Yuzu Twist wash.
